This complex offers modern and furnished three and four bed units. It is designed to suit every student's need and is spacious and well planned. Built in 2010, it is quite new and well maintained. There are 24 hour security guards on duty. Every unit is fully equipped and cleaning and laundry services are included. Tenants need to supply their own bedding, cutlery and crockery but a fridge, stove, lounge and bedroom furniture are included. Electricity on prepaid metres. Basement and deck parking is also available as well as enough visitors parking. Wi-Fi options with Wish of FWORX are available and tenants can buy pre-paid voucher on the premises. We also accommodate international students which offers both South African and foreign students the opportunity to socialize. We offer a 24 hour assistance should any tenant need help or advice.
